Add social logins to your account to login even faster

Social logins provide a form of single sign-on using a social networking such as Facebook or Twitter. When you connect one to your existing start.me account, you’ll be able to login faster. No separate password to remember! In this article, you’ll learn how to set it up.

How to add social logins

Instructions:

1. Open the Admin portal by clicking your Profile picture > Account details.
   
2. Select Authentication > Social logins.
   You’ll see a list of all the social logins connected to your start.me account.
   
3. If you don’t see a connected login, click the button Connect new account.
   
4. Authorize the social login of your choice to continue.
   We support Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Twitter, Yahoo, and Apple.
   
5. Next time you want to log in, click the social login button.

Note: authorizing start.me to use a social login does not grant us access to your social media account, allow us to post in your name, or read other personal information you’ve posted online. You authorize us only to grant you access to our service.

Remove social logins

Of course, you can also disconnect any social login.

Instructions:

1. Open the Admin portal by clicking the ME icon > Account details.
2. Select Authentication > Social logins.
3. Locate the social login you want to disconnect from your start.me account, and click Disconnect.

Note: you can use a social login only with one start.me account at a time.
